"Job description"
1.Through online and offline activities communicate with designers from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds;
2.Responsible for maintaining design standard within the Tezign design community by reviewing and evaluating portfolio submissions;
3.Train and onboard new designers to the Tezign Platform
4.Analyze the relevant data for the community activities, and make timely feedback, closing inquiries and summarizing information;
5.Follow members of the community to exchange with content, understand the designer group needs, timely adjust the operation strategy and plan, and suggest product improvements;
6.Analyze designer data and portfolios to make recommendations for project based needs
"Job Requirements”
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Has a true appreciation for design, advertising and related industries and enjoys communicating with designers and artists;
3.Has flexible thinking, strong learning ability, with good interpersonal communication, communication skills, team work spirit;
4.Some experience with community (online or other) development and engagement. Knowledge of digital/social and direct marketing methods;
5.Strong desire to learn and to join a technology start up, possess an appreciation of technology and data
6.Good communications skills and some English language speaking required;
