Introduction
3M is driving design as a competitive platform to deliver innovative solutions and powerful brands on a global scale. We are looking for design interns to assist design projects in both B2C and B2B business context. This role will join the 3M Design China team at the 3M headquarters office located in Shanghai, China.

Major Responsibilities
- Opportunity to participate in real running projects in Rail and Airport etc. industry.
- Learn and support senior team members on graphic design.
- Design and sketch out the graphic concept.
- Support branding related graphic design supported by Brand Guideline
- 实习期有机会参与到真实进行中的轨道交通和机场建设的商业领域的项目中
- 学习并协助资深设计师在平面设计方面的工作内容
- 设计和制作出平面设计方案
- 在公司品牌准则的指导下，协助品牌相关的平面设计活动，
Basic Qualifications
- Major in graphic design, visual communications or industrial design
- Good software skill at Adobe Photoshop, Illustration and other Creative Suites
- Basic knowledge of concept, layout, typography, color and branding.
- 平面设计，视觉传达设计或工业设计专业
- 能熟练的使用Adobe Photoshop, Illustration等平面创意软件
- 具备基本的平面设计相关的创意概念，颜色体系和印刷等知识
