The nomination and application round for incoming exchange students, spring semester 2023 (January start), will open on 2 September. Please note! Students that have deferred their exchange to spring semester 2023 must be re-nominated within the October 3 deadline. Their nominations are not automatically transferred to the spring semester.
All nominations need to be submitted via our online nomination system Solemove.
The nomination is made in two steps:
The coordinator at the student’s home university submits the nomination in Solemove.
The student logs in to Solemove to complete the nomination information.
Make sure that your students finalize their nomination in Solemove to be able to apply for courses within the application deadline of 17 October!

Note that your students’ course proposals will be fixed and binding after the application deadline, therefore it is important that they choose courses carefully. We have no add/drop period, and course changes after the deadline are very restricted. Before the students submit their applications, please make sure to approve their choice of courses.
